Sewer Rate Household Occupancy Statement
Update your household occupancy if you are billed for a sewer flat rate. Please fill out the Sewer Rate Household Occupancy Statement. Email the completed form to: utilities@hct.holland.mi.us or mail to: 353 N 120th Ave, Holland MI 49424.

Online payments are processed through BS&A and will be assessed a service fee.
Credit/Debit Card – approximately a 3% service fee
E-Check – $3.00 service fee
Note: If your check payment is returned by your bank, a $25 return check fee will be added to your account.

Are you interested in connecting to a municipal water and/or sewer? Submit a Water & Sewer Connection Estimate Request form and we will put an estimate together for you if municipal water and/or sewer are available.
